Jungian Dream Analysis & Native American Dream Catchers:     Learn how to analyze you dreams and make your own Native American dreamcatcher. Eden will begin by teaching the steps of Jungian dream analysis, followed by leading a group meditation, and finally teaching how to make your own dream catchers. All materials and art supplies will be provided. Cost: $60 per person. Open to all ages.

The Healing Powers of Mandalas:     Create your own mandala and learn about the history and healing nature that mandalas can provide.  Eden will discuss the healing powers of mandalas and follow the lecture with a guided chakra mediation to help free any blocked energy in your body, mind, and spirit. The group participants will then have the opportunity to create their own mandala. All materials and art supplies will be provided. Cost: $60 per person. Open to all ages.

The Art of Communication:     Communication can be tricky. In this workshop, Eden will discuss the principles of communicating from a place of compassion where you will learn the difference between “power with” vs. “power over”. So many of our lives have been negatively affected by poor communication skills. Learning better communication skills can help improve both professional and personal relationships. Participants will have the opportunity to practice these new skills with each other. Eden will then guide participants to create a vision board that can help integrate the skills that you have learned. All materials and art supplies will be provided. Cost: $100 per person. Open to adults only.
